【山極壽一】
1952 年東京都生まれ。理学博士。屋久島で野生ニホンザル、アフリカ各地で野生ゴリラの社会生態学的研究に従事。2020 年まで第 26 代京都大学総長。日本霊長類学会会長、国際霊長類学会会長、日本学術会議会長、総合科学技術・イノベーション会議議員を歴任。現在、総合地球環境学研究所 所長、2025 年国際博覧会（大阪・関西万博）シニアアドバイザーを務める。

父子2代にわたり日本の祭りや農耕儀礼を撮り続ける芳賀日向さんに、祭りと酒の話を聞きます。

【芳賀日向】
1956 年生まれ。祭り写真家。日本を代表する民族写真家として活躍した芳賀日出男を父に持ち、自身は４０年以上にわたり世界４８か国の祭りを取材。祭りや民俗芸能の写真と資料をアーカイブする「芳賀ライブラリー」の代表。
